What If? Nokia jumped on the Android bandwagon instead of Windows after these latest revelations it would have been least interesting to see Apples reaction to that!

Indeed:

In subsequent years Apple rejected a number of Google programs from its App store, forcing the company to create less-integrated web app versions.
That will continue, and it's one area where I lose respect for Apple. Childish.
