Ok, I've probably just been stupid, but I canceled my Expansys N9 in the hopes that I can get it cheaper somewhere else, hopefully here on my old stomping grounds maemo.org.

Is it worth it to get it $100 - $150 cheaper, knowing that I'd likely have a terrible time returning it halfway around the world if something broke? Expansys is quite expensive, but they're good about returns and they're no-muss-no-fuss, no ugly surprises and no currency conversions.

So, I want a cyan 16GB N9 shipped to western Canada. What can you do for me?

(I'm hoping gerbick can make it fly, 'cause he knows a guy in Dubai, no lie!)

Probably because Nokia is filled with incompetent and uncompetitive, comfortably well-paid executives and created policies and deals to make sure you couldn't buy one if you wanted to--probably no matter how much you wanted to spend short of personally traveling around the world to purchase it. This is pathetic and, even with my complaints about their appalling behavior of the past, this is by far the WORST I've ever seen from Nokia. Truly pathetic.

I should walk down the banks of the river Thames and pass on your thoughts (which I share).

How much you willing to pay?
I just did an online quote. DHL charges around MYR285 from Malaysia to Quebec, Canada(I just picked a random location).
http://dct.dhl.com/input.jsp?langId=en&originCCId=MY

So, shipping is around USD90++. Device, USD580 at least. Total : USD675, EXcluding customs tax. Oops, not sure if insurance is included
I checked a couple of days ago, the 16GB cyan has arrived but no 64GB black(2nd batch)

i just purchased 2 64GB N9 (black) i should have them tomorrow.

http://www.welectronics.com/gsm/Noki...a_N9-64GB.HTML

the site says $825.

when you call, ask for Luis, and let him know that ceroberts75 sent you and you will get free ground shipping with the price at $815.

i get nothing out of this, just found a source that has been there for a while that actually has 64gb devices.

Asked the seller to send me a pic after I paid and seems this is the real deal

http://pic.twitter.com/dMuH4q5Q

I have to admit that I was a bit nervous, thinking might be a scam, since it was WAY TOO cheap with free shipping via DHL express.

converting it from mexican pesos would be $535 for the Nokia N9 16GB black with shipping and insurance included.

Got the tracking number and seems it's on its way, and will have it tomorrow here, so happy

Still will hold my breath until I have my hands on it. Then will ask for more deals for users here interested. I asked him if he would get more colors and more variatons, and said he might later. Will keep you all posted
