Hi guys.

Okay what i did was install backup menu to get my old stuff back from my old phone, half way through restore it had an arror, rebooted and killed my phone.

I have tired the typical flashing of the image but it just says booting device into flash mode...the phone restarts then thats it just dead, nothing.

You need to flash the eMMC first. Then without starting up the device, flash the filesystem (FIASCO). Doing this will wipe your device but it's the only way to get it to restart. Access to mass storage mode maybe impossible until you've wiped and reset it.

have you tried both flashing the kernel and emmc? ie:
