This puzzled me with the PR1.1 update. You can share an image from Gallery to Facebook but not to Twitter.

It turns out, a simple edit of a config file enables it. Nokia have commented out two lines. Restore them and you can share direct from Gallery.

Open Terminal

> devel-su
passowrd: rootme

nano /usr/share/accounts/services/twitter-share.service

uncomment the two lines

<!– <mime>image/*</mime> –>
<!– <mime>video/*</mime> –>



It seems to work fine. I wonder why Nokia left those commented out?

I think maybe they forget to uncomment that lines... (??)

Not working for me. I did everything, but I can't share to my facebook account too

I can see facebook and twitter
but after that they don't upload nothing

someone knows how to fix it?
I have N9 pr1.1

Two posters so far have said it doesn't.
OP you said it "seems to work"
Did you actually try it?
I will remove it from my how-two's thread if it's not a working twk.
(I don't have my N9 yet, so can't test)

Worked perfectly for me. Just removed the comment characters and used it without issues.

For me doesn't work!! i can see my account in gallery but the transfer fail! why?
