Any ideas why? I tried installing it 3 times but can't get WiFi to work. I hadn't used the 770 in a couple months so maybe the adapter went bad? Any way I can test the WiFi adapter with command line?

TIA, EB

Have you upgraded to a pre-N router, or has some neighbour done so within the past three months? Many of those will jam the IT series as well as many other 802.11g devices.

Not sure if i have that problem but all of a sudden i would have trouble connecting one or more of my devices to wifi (probably due to a neighbor doing what sevo suggested). I worked around my problem by changing the wifi channel to a lower channel than the default (6?).

No, have the same WRTG54 I have had for years. Have many visible WiFi's near me (I live in the city), but interference is not a problem. My 770 sees none of the 15 or so WiFi LANs that my MacBook does. My SlimServer works serving FLAC files with no problems to WiFi Squeeze Boxes in my home. Just wondering if there is an adapter test I can run...
