Thats the thing though. For some the clock app works, some it doesnt. Same with the MeeGo booting screen and app splash screens. It all used to work on my device.
Mine works fine, even after I set an alarm.
Edit: did you install it with Theme Changer??
Edit 2: overwriting the default theme fixes everything but the clock for me

This must be why the n9 doesn't officially support themes, they don't work properly

NEW Install method:
1. - Backup (Optional, but recommended)
2. - Download
3. - Copy files in zip to root of N9 via PC using USB Mass Storage
4. - Open Terminal and type:
