How can I create my own custom rom image with all my own custom apps and kernel image for use with flasher 3.5 ?

I'm using the N900 and wasn't sure where to put this post (in software,gen,or here) but I hope this is ok.

I've wondered about this too.. not sure if it can be done.
I've used backup menu.

It works fine.. i don't have multiple kernels nor android... just backup menu
