Why did u chose to use a google doc over the wiki? I think wiki is a better option as more people searching can find it!

I think a wiki is a better solution unless u have something specific against it. Everybody else, including me, will help in formatting and maintaining it. It looks better than a google doc also.

Try an older Chrome UA, one that supports html5, but not local storage. Don't have any specific suggestions however.
Something between Chrome 11 and 13, perhaps: http://www.useragentstring.com/pages/Chrome/
