not really, because you have to transfer the files to the usr/share/themes folder which requires root.

what happens when you devel-su/rootme?

can you post what the error is that youre getting?

i changed the clock in the theme.

it was like the one pictured above, and now looks like this.

your thoughts?

also, i am about 90% finished with a matching magenta theme for those with a magenta device. i dont think that i will post so many screen shots, but it literally mimics the cyan only matches the magenta. after changing about 3000+ images...1 by 1...my finger is a bit...uhh numb! lol.

i still see where i can change some of the cyan and the magenta colors so that some of the buttons are not the stock. i will eventually get to that before v2. my guess, is that v2 will be the final version of these two theme colors.

btw...i have decided to not make a light cyan as the colors are just too bright and do not match the device as well.

EDIT: i have just added a taste/hint of the magenta.

is installing default.sh will really revert everything to default? (remove faster transitions) or just the theme itself?

it is supposed to revert completely as far as i can see.

but it doesnt change the booting.png to original, that has to be changed manually.

hopefully F2Thak will reply to you soon.

@ceroberts75

I would like to try your cyan theme and would like to do it via theme changer, copying the necessary files manually.

Being a noob (this is my first linux device), could you please point me to where I could find the proper code to input in developer mode to copy the files where I should? Or if it's okay, maybe you could post the proper code here?

Thanks so much guys!

I've really been trying to change the theme on my white n9 but I just keep messing it up and reflashing it over and over again.
