Hello,
I just updated the nsschedule application in the extras-devel repository. The application provides dutch train journey information by contacting the official ns.nl website.

The update contains lots of bug fixes and now the information retrieval from m.ns.nl should be working and stable.

The location aware 'From' field feature, is now enabled again. The application should pick the closest station to you when launched.

The UI is far from complete but it is usable for simple journey information.

Please take some time to test it and provide me with feedback to further develop the app.

Thanks

Hey,

Groet,

Rob

Thank you so much seadog!! Now I finally don't have Apple envy anymore.. I used to get quite jealous at my friends with their iPhones using the NS Planner app.. with nsschedule I now have the same functionality You my man, are awesome!

(Oh, and I got an iPad today, so I really have no reason for Apple envy :P )

For the N9, there is Fahrplan, which takes data from the Deutsche Bahn, but also for the NS alongside many european railways.

The guys behind Farhplan could implement fetching current data from NS as a different option (they use DB and SBB; you could try putting in a feature request), or this NSSchedule could be ported...

Just some thoughts...
