where can i lean the the codings for the qt sdk 1.2?

I think the best way to learn about Qt is to just go straight to the source (that's what I did): there's plenty of documentation available at the Qt developer website.

Well, that really depends on your needs. The N9 should be able to support most of the different forms of Qt, whether you want to do a "Qt Quick" project, a more classic "Qt Widget" project, or something else entirely. Once you've created a project, the SDK will allow you to target the build towards Harmattan (the N9's OS) or towards a desktop application.

So there's really no "wrong" answer to this question. You just need to figure out what it is that you want to create...
