I'm on T-Mobile. I'm sure you did but did you go to updates and hit refresh? Maybe the old restarting the device might work? Hope you get ti soon.

My backup progress bar hasn't moved in over 10 minutes now

i would suggest you do a restart and try again.

also it would be better if you backed up first and then do a clean flash to ensure any application incompatibility doesn't affect the installation.

The reboot did the trick! Downloading the update now

Update downloaded quick! but been stuck on "updating" 0% for 5 minutes WTF!

Update complete. Fetching the other updates now. Definitely sluggish but hopefully after re indexing it will perk back up
