I use a Stowaway Bluetooth folding keyboard, like this one, but made by Dell.

All characters work very well, including symbols, numbers, ctrl, tab, etc.

I just wanted to say a big thank you! I successfully hid the keyboard thanks to your post. It's great to see the Terminal full-screen!

To hide/close Swype, Swype from the SwypeKey to backspace.
