@BlinkThinks, it's almost done. I've submitted it to OVI store and maybe available after a free days.
The development workload exceeded my expectations, but so does the features, such as:
1\ blocking based on blacklist&whitelist
2\ supporting import from Contacts, Call log and SMS log
3\ wild characters supported in blacklist and whitelist
4\ optimizated matching algorithm, supporting thousands of numbers...
5\ Schedule, supporting define different screen mode on different time.
6\ rich screen log info, including Caller number, blocking reason, matched pattern...
If needed, i can post some screenshots later...

3. Call block mode (similar with SMS block mode)

5. Import from Contacts (sorry for mosaic)
6. Import from Call log (sorry again)
7. Import from SMS log
