Now this is odd to me. I was in the control panel section looking at my phone settings when the N810 just shut down and restarted. Now every time it restarts, it will go to the main screnn for about 6-7 seconds, then the blue light on the top left will light and it will shut down and restart. I have removed the battery and left it out for well over a minute, but this still occurs. Any ideas?
It is new so I have not installed anything on it...

try removing the battery for ~20 minutes. if that doesn't work, see if you can connect to your computer and re-flash the firmware.

OK...I took the battery out on Friday and put it back in this morning (Monday). Once it came on it asked me to set the date and time and I did. Now once it starts up, it does the same thing as above. It will go to the white Nokia screen, I will see the blue bar at the bottom run from left to right, then the hands stretching towards one another appear, then finally the blue screem with the bubbles appear like it should. Then after about 6-7 seconds, it shuts down and restarts itself. If I would leet it, it would do this all day. So now what?

Try reflashing. I put a Nokia link in your other thread that tells you how to do it.
