Some Astronomy apps would be good.
Something like Stellariu-mobile (not the version of stellarium that at the moment is in the store, this is the desktop version compiled for the N9, not really touch friendly!), or like Skymap.

In the category news & info I'd like to see something like:

DLNA controller and client!!
VPN Client
Together -> access media on home network wherever you are. And if you take a new photo, you can send it to the television at home.

Pulse - It exists on WP7, would love to have something similar (colorss is about as close as it gets)
CNN - there's CNN Go, but it centers around Asian news.
Angry Birds Space - no announcements for MeeGo but one for WP7
VLC - one with a proper UI and streaming
Instagram - I don't use it, but it's all the rage right now
WhatsApp - unofficial app is coming, but an integrated version (notices and history) would be killer w/ group support
Adobe Ideas - I need this app w/ layers
Adobe PDF - Official app - FB Reader does only so much
Google Voice - Nothing against the existing App, but would love proper integration with the notifications/history, it's how I stay under my monthly SMS bill and has been that way for years - this is persuading me to go back to Android or WP7 (GoVoice is excellent)
