is there any way to unpack the LEGACY file to customize it???

unpack is easy, but you cannot customize it because you don't have signing keys.

hummm the idea is to replace original kernel insted the nitroid one, for ones who cant flash due to simlock restrictions

not possible with flash images, its just easier to ask the operator to provide unlock code for the simlock.
