Thanks for porting this. I was already doing it myself when I bumbed to this repository. I just tested quickly that it connects but I need to do more proper testing when I'm heading home in a bus.
I would like to point out that it's not just about installing the mosh next to ssh to get things working but you also need to have UDP ports 60000-61000 open in the server.

Mosh is a new secure shell program that, unlike conventional SSH, tolerates high-latency connections and can roam between IP addresses. It uses your existing OpenSSH server to log in and initiate the connection, so you simply need to install Mosh on both the client and server to get going.
This port allows you to Mosh anytime anywhere using your N9 and 3G connection! It also includes the server component, allowing you to Mosh into your N9 from your PC.
Note: Mosh requires that the locale be explicitly set to UTF-8, so you might have to run it like this: LANG=en_US.UTF-8 mosh user@server.
Installation
Run the following commands to install:
devel-su
<enter root password>
echo 'deb http://repo.pub.meego.com/home:/itsnotabigtruck/Harmattan ./' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/itsnotabigtruck.list
pkgmgr refresh-cache
pkgmgr install -p mosh
This is a command-line-only app, so no icon is installed.
