I have not had time to check anything sp/bp related in a while, but am happy to see you've abandoned the 125Mhz level. It's never caused anything but problems, which is probably why Nokia left it out in their default kernel.

Also glad to see you made it through the turmoil and are active again here. I wish you well and I'm sure I will have time in the not to distant future to catch up and see where things are.

HTML Code:
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/pool/fremantle/free/b/batterypatch/
this 2 versions:

batterypatch_8.0_armel.deb 14.04.2012 18:52 8108
batterypatch_8.1_armel.deb 18.04.2012 18:24 8190
whitch one is for non power kernel users?
thanks!
P.S.this battery patch realy works ??because after i installed speedpatch and swapolube my battery discharge much faster than before(i am a non power kernel user;non OC user.etc..)i will try with battery patch and if i see no changes i will unninstal firt swapolube( see what will happens) and if no result unninstal speedpatch and see what will happens,and write here the results.

How can I set the avoided frequencies witch the Battery Patch applied? Every time I change </sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/ondemand/avoid_frequencies> it gets overwritten when the profile is changed.

hey Karam, are you working on the black screen issue in speedpacth? going to nitdroid and coming back to maemo needs 3 restarts to make maemo load. 1st one it turn off without booting, 2nd time it boots with black screen, 3rd time it boots normal.

@rslick

Code:
apt-get install batterypatch-non-kp
that should do it

@Fellfrosch

you must edit /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/overclock
and remove the freqs you don't want

@ahmadamaj

i'm really sorry, you'll have to wait a bit more time
because i have my bakaloria test in 41 days
and am really busy with studying right now

Hi Karam,
thanx for your answer.
But my problem is a different:
When th underclocking profile is active there are two frequencies which are avoided: 125 and 250. I want my N900 to use the the 250 MHz.

this can't be
i have checked underclock . 250 is existed
btw you need to manually load it:
Code:
root
kernel-config load underclock
must see that 250 is not avoided

Unfortunatly it is avoided:

BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-1osso30+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

/home/user # kernel-config load underclock
loading /usr/share/kernel-power-settings/underclock
successfully loaded.
/home/user # kernel-config show
current kernel configuration:
current frequency: 500
supported frequencies: 125 250 500 550 600 720 805 850 900 950 1000 1100 1150
min. frequency: 250
max. frequency: 500
avoid frequencies: 125 250
active frequencies: 500:38,360 550:38,400 600:45,430 720:48,430 805:54,500 850:54,520 900:54,600 950:54,600 1000:60,600 1100:72,600 1150:72,600
SmartReflex VDD1=1, VDD2=1
governor ondemand: ignore nice load= 1, up threshold= 95, sampling rate= 300000, powersave bias= 20
/home/user #

The Same with the profile overclock. But there it is OK for me.
