Took me a few times and a reboot to get it going.
Try, from terminal:

devel-su
rootme

dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/wazapp_0.1.6_armel.deb (assuming ofc it is in /MyDocs)

30 minutes..and if you try to register again before that time, the timer will increase..just be patient
