I announce the initial release of dMotion, a Dailymotion client written using Qt Components.

Some screenshots:





Dependencies: qt-components-examples, libqtm-12*

Known issues:

1. Theming errors in tab buttons when using dark theme and/or landscape mode.

2. Video does not rotate when viewing in portrait mode.

Version 0.0.2 is now available.

Changelog:

* Fixed error in changing archive folder.

* Fixed error in handling failed downloads.

Did you remove Dailymotion from CuteTube or why the sudden urge to make another DailyMotion app?

Looks good btw. Should get to using this service.

I haven't removed Dailymotion from cuteTube, although it doesn't work as well as it used to due to some API changes. I wrote the Dailymotion client for my N8 and N950, before deciding to port it to Maemo5. I'm currently working on updating cuteTube-QML for those that still prefer to use that.

Hello,

I was looking for such an app, thank you.
But after installing the deb file on my N9 i have no icon to launch the application.

Why is that?

Thanks for you help.
