A short one, 6 letters. The name used to be bigger and sharper back in the days, a few versions ago (before the update frequency option was introduced). If you could make location font size adjustable (current size + old sizing), that would be great.

Thanks for the reply.

1) Denver, Colorado USA
2)Standard time zone: UTC/GMT -7 hours
Daylight saving time: +1 hour
Current time zone offset: UTC/GMT -6 hours
Time zone abbreviation: MDT - Mountain Daylight Time

It is currently 11:41 AM here. If I click on the clock I get the hourly forecast for 17:00 through 23:00. It always seems to give the hourly forecast for 6 hours ahead and for 6-7 hours.

The "Night" forecast seems to correspond with the 05:00 temperature for tomorrow according the weather channel at weather.com.

Thanks!

Hi Vlad/MeeCast,

I've been waiting for a response to this for some time...

Not super urgent, but I don't suppose you could spare a minute?
A response to those 2 last Qns would be greatly appreciated.
Not seeking validation that you will implement what's suggested.
Just confirmation that it may be possible, & may be considered.

Ok.
I see this problem later. I'm going to have a small vacation.

Vlad, thanks for a great app, like it really much.
I've got minor issue though: when I use lock-screen widget (and not low-power screen one) I noticed slight battery drain: my idle power consumption went up from 5-6 to 8-9 and strangely Stand-by-Screen power consumption have risen. The update interval is set to 2 hours and I am not connected by 3G, only by WiFi at home and at some other places and also have background connections disabled at night. During testing period I used my N9 very infrequently, so lock-screen widget should almost never work and updates should also happen pretty rarely. But when I disabled it the power consumption returned back to normal - MeeCast is still working and showing state in notifications screen, just lock-screen widget is not shown.

Is this a known issue and is there any way to work-around it except just to avoid using the widget?

Thanks,
Serge.

hello everyone! i want to use meecast but my place cat be located using meecast whereas accuweather finds my place easily, i also triied using gps for location but still gives me vigan as the only option.

..here is my location

phillipines > ilocos sur > galimuyod

the nearest location meecast provides for me is

phillipines >ilocos sur > vigan (2 hours from my place, vigan capital of ilocos sur)

galimuyod is an interior town in our province of ilocos sur and accuweather finds me easily,

which leads me to ask, is accuwether using google maps?
