I found a few threads discussing ad-hoc connections with n900 and i'm wondering if it's possible to enable wifi direct mode in n900 to be able to exchange files with a galaxy s2 which has this feature built in (to search for other wifi direct enabled device as well as be seen by it).

It seems a very powerful way for instant exchange of files in a very fast way without the need of a router.
