could you try rebooting back to meego and install the same file.
if you still receive the installation interrupted can you try installing another program. make sure before you try re-installing n9qtweak that it isn't present in the applications list with an !. if its stil there cancel it from there before rebooting.

The problem is, that there comes no error.
I doubletap onto the n9quickteap-6.4_all.deb file after downloading over the browser in the n9.
The installation starts normal an after a while it says
installation failed

Installation interrupted
Retry
Abort
I can retry but after a few second I get the same screen again.
Before installation, make sure you have "allow other sources" set in settings and developer-mode activated.

Yes, I think it is, earlier versions (the first unofficial release) had this problem for me, I haven't seen it since.
So i dont think the overclock caused the problem

Please try again this:
Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> N9 QTweak -> Uninstall. After this go to /opt folder with WinSCP or FileBox as ROOT and check if you see folder named "N9QTweak". If yes, delete this folder.
Go to Documents folder and if you see the PDF instruction (N9_QuickTweak_en_v6.5.pdf and N9_QuickTweak_ru_v6.5.pdf), delete them.
Reboot your phone and try to install again by double click on the .deb file.
