there is a solution, it will be included in the next (or the one after next ) CSSU update, depending on how stable it is. Check yesterday's logs on #maemo-ssu

Thank you! Will cssu-stable be be enough, or should I have installed testing?

The fix will follow the usual CSSU release cycle, i.e. devel->testing->stable, so it will take a while before entering cssu-stable

Nice one guys. I know that it's been tested and works but I will have to wait for the stable release. Is it possible to add just the FB fix to stable or am I talking nonsense. Happy to wait though, just glad it's getting sorted although I am getting hacked of using the nexus and want my baby back.

No way to add it to stable so fast. But in the meantime you may want to install libcurl3 from extras-devel, that should fix FB widget and photo uploader

thanks u so much my fb photo uploder is now working i installed libcurl3 but stiil widget not working thanks lot .. i am so happy

after restart widgel also working thanks man

An alternative for Facebook photo uploading is to share using email. You can find your personal upload email address by going to http://m.facebook.com/ and click the Photo upload button and save the address into your contacts.

Now, from the gallery click share -> using email. The subject you use will be the title of the photo.

Problem solved. Kinda.
