Has anyone else had the update to PR1.3 stop installing and just sit at 90%?

It downloaded fine and was moving along nicely. Then bam no movement for a couple hours.

has anyone told you before that you should search things out first? There is an exact same thread with the title omitting the quotation marks yet you started a new one...
