I'm having problems with this.

I have EA1.1 and PR1.2 and It does'nt answer by lifting the phone to ear. No matter how long I keep it on my ear (or proximity sensor covered in upright position), no connect. Shaking connects occationally, but quite unreliably. Double-tapping power button works every time. Proximity sensor and potiometer are working normally in all the other apps.

Any suggestions? (and yes, I have all 3 answering methods enabled in EA settings, don't have phonespeaker switcher installed)

Now that I think of it, I did disable automatic brightness control via n9tweak. But that shouldn't effect EA, should it?

I have the same problem after reflashing and cleaning up my phone. I had not problems at all with Easy Answer before this. I've started using the lock code again, and possibly this causes the problem. I'm not sure yet about this though.

Easy Answer still increases power consumption significantly for me. I tried 1.1 version 3 times, last time I let it survive 1.3 update and in all 3 cases idle power went from 4-6mA to 10-14mA when installed and restored back after removal.

I have taken EA from Russian Nokia Store, maybe it didn't update there or... I don't know... The version was 1.1 in all 3 experiments and the longest experiment was for about 2 weeks (4 recharge cycles, 3 days each).

Can anyone confirm this? Havn't yet updated because my phone is so perfect right now and I don't want something like this to happen. Love this app

I wonder if the developer knows of this...
