Just like you uninstall any other application in the N900. Go to the Application Manager and uninstall it.

I'd like to add something, I have said it several times in the thread but people just don't listen:

You CAN'T use the same number in two different platforms. Don't register in Yappari, then boot to Nitdroid and register again using Whatsapp, or take the SIM out to another phone and register it, and then go back to Yappari.

If you do that you will GET BANNED from Whatsapp and you'll have to send them an email crying all over it to get unbanned.

If you're getting errors that you tried to register too many times, you might be already banned. You might have to wait a whole month to re-register, or you might have to send an email to Whatsapp.

So please, if you're gonna use Yappari, JUST USE YAPPARI AND NOTHING ELSE. DON'T USE ANOTHER FORM OF WHATSAPP WITH THE SAME NUMBER.

So what's the difference in deleting yappari.conf to re-register and to register again with a second app/device? Or is it the same and shouldn´t be done too often?

It's NOT the same.

When you start Yappari and there's no yappari.conf then it first asks Whatsapp server if you are already registered, using your phone number as login and the IMEI crypted as a password using the "Nokia S40 method". If it's already registered then it doesn't try to register it again.

If you register again with a second device/app, it will ask the same question, but with a different password (IMEI is encrypted differently in Androids, Symbian Anna/Belle, Symbian S40, iPhone, etc). Since your password will be different, Whatsapp servers will reply that you're not registered and ask for a new registration. You can do that only once a month.

So far a Nokia S40, Yappari and the Java Whatsapp port uses the same IMEI encryption method. I don't have a clue what's the Android encryption method or the iPhone encryption method.

Why would anyone want to use the same number in two different devices anyway? If I have two phones, then I have two different SIMs!

I just don't get people sometimes...

What if I want to temporarily use different SIM to my N900 (with Yappari already installed and registered with the current SIM number)

Are there any precaution step I need to do to ensure that Yappari would still be working properly next time I switch back to my current SIM? Or simply by not running Yappari when I'm using different SIM is enough?

Just don't start Yappari while you're using a different SIM.

well.. i feel it touched :P, my yappari was working fine, the problem with me was... i can not send normal SMS to other phones, since i come back to Perú from BOlivia and of course i change my Bolivian's SIM for my Perú SIM, idk why.. since i change phone in x terminal ( i dont remember how i just did), so i just decided to uninstall yappari and try send SMS but its the same.. i still cant send normal SMS =).
conclusion im screwed
