One thing, I installed the new system-ui. I then went ahead and installed the led applet. I removed led notifier so they wouldn't clash, but it doesn't seem to be working at all.

It's the right system ui, I tested it. So I'm not sure. I'll wait for a reply, worst case scenario, I'll reinstall led event notifier, it was working great.
I can also confirm that LED notifications do not work.

Still doesn't work for me... Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

I also reinstalled and still doesn't seem to work.

EDIT: I removed the package, then re-installed. Then rebooted, then installed the original package (from the other thread) then uninstalled again, then purged... anyway, despite all that, it still refuses to work.

Seeing as we appear to have 3 reports of it not working, and one working, there might be something else going on.

I will reinstall the package by incepting it, maybe that will do it, although I doubt it. (because the repository is already incepted, I was under the impression that the apps in it would install with incepted permissions)
