But what about my application idea:
you plug in your n9 before you go sleep it wont start charging yet
You set time when you want it to be 100% I use 7am
This application calculates time to full gharge and when needs to start charging so 7am would be 100% battery
If it calculate that full charge would take 3h it starts charging 4am
but I dont know about coding or can charging be controlled.

Whatever you do to change it - there is no way to change the battery, same thing with the IPhone or the Lumia series.
