How about simply removing the obsolete file in /etc/multiboot/ and in /boot/multiboot, if any.

I have unfortunally the opposite and I need an explanation.
After a manual uninstall of eMMC nitdroid & kernel by FAM, I have only one .item file in etc/multiboot.d.
I want to get rid of nitdroid boot option but I still don't see it in any filemanager.
I'm still able to boot: backupmenu-image, stock kernel, sd meego and kernel-power50.
And multiboot boot menu inputs haven't changed.
What happened and how I fix it?

EDIT:
Oh, problem solved. I uninstalled all related to multiboot. Then removed all files from multiboot.d.

I've upgraded to kernel-power52. Now there is still the entry of kerne-power51 in the bootmenu.
Of course I deleted the files of kp51 from the directories etc/bootmenu.d and boot/multiboot.
Any way to refresh multiboot?
