Secondly, I am not the one to decide whether it's illegal or not, it's simply a matter of that you cannot sell/"re-lend" what you do not own. But that's also just my admittedly limited understanding of legal stuff. With respect to "hellfire" there is another entity that has to decide that one.
Thirdly, iirc in the old times of the N900 there was the possiblity that returned devices get "re-distributed" to other devs. Dunno if that's the case in this program, though.
I completely do understand people being upset about this situation and that these people try all ways to get one. But once again, from my point of view, what you are doing here is requesting others to do something, which i think, is illegal.
In the end, I guess we are all pretty much upset about the way this really promising smartphone platform got canceled before its time.
Again, no offense. This is just my opinion on this one.
