The VKB could very likely be tweaked, all someone needs is time.

Spend sometime to get to the contents of F2thak's theme find the keyboard mod files and work on them by copying them to standard blanco theme...

Although.... I have a backup plan, the incredible wook_sf is going to release a very nice theme which is very cool, until he releases it, he will change the keyboard colors afaik and I will download it hopefully
