Sorry if this is posted somewhere, but I missed it. Is there a way for me to print my to do list, I am using GPE. If not, is there a way to send the file via blutooth, put in an emauil or some other way to get it off my Nokia.

I'm also using GPE, I can't say about the printing but can I ask you a question? As soon as I try to make a category in any of the GPE apps they shut down instantly its very annoying. Are you having the same problem?

I had not tried to use categories until you asked the question. I just tried and same thing happened to me. It just closed down.

This is a bug from the 2.8 release. It happened on the ITOS 2007 version so I had avoided the most recent one BUT now ITOS 2008 forced the upgrade. I suggest submitting a bug, apparently they are seeing multiple bug entries for the GPE suite so perhaps this stuff will be worked out soon.

If you are running 2007, consider Gene Cash's scripts from the repository http://home.cfl.rr.com/genecash/nokia/debs (install that via www.gronmayer.com/it)

His scripts import and export nicely, and I find them easier to use. If you need sync they may not be as good, but as I don't...

I wish the check boxes on the to do list weren't small enough to be measured in nano units...

zebee, I'm having the problem described here but don't understand your post. Which scripts in the directory listing you give and what do they do?

The first URL is a repository - you add it to your application manager then you can get the programs in it. The 2nd (gronmayer) is a way to add the repository with a click.

The scripts are a calendar and to-do application, plus he also has a simple database for keeping information in.

I find them nicer than the GPE equivalents - better user interface, nicer to use. But they are 2007 only.

Gene wrote that he doesn't like os2008 and heard so many negative impressions that he flashed back to os2007... what about a petition to change his mind? I'm going to flash back, too, in order to use his python apps on my N800 (they work perfectly on one of my friends 770, but now I have to give it back). Just to say how much I like that 'scripts'...
