Unfortunately it doesn't mean they "resumed" development on MeeGo Harmattan..

It would be nice of Nokia to let us know what is going on with Harmattan.. At least just like how we know some news (the fate of Symbian)..

They can update some applications, but that doesn't mean they resumed the Harmattan project. Nokia has been very clear that they will continue with only WP and S40 only from now on.

It could be that they are so embarressed how poor the FB app works. Most of the bugs were still there after PR1.3.

I'm not sure of your location and if this is country/operator specific. But I doubt that FB should be updated just for country/operator specific reasons. So fingers crossed, a FB update would be very welcome.

Thanks for reporting

Well, it arrived to my phone as well now Should be very interessting to see what is fixed.

- Click a picture, phone loads forever. You have to go back and click picture again.
- Add picture, shows gallery from oldest to newest
- Missing functionality like comments in events can't be viewed so you have to switch to web version.
- An error occured...
- Slow

The list can continue forever with missing functionality and glitches.

I wonder if only one of my complains or bugs are fixed, stay tuned.

Please report if you find some new "hidden" functionality.

I don't think they have resumed with the development of the N9 facebook. The client is very much related to the symbian one, and there was an update released for the symbian clients, so they probably tied the development up.

Harmattan client has nothing to do with Social, unfortunately.
Social should be a bundle of Harmattan clients ported over to Symbian.

The didn't resume development, app was just updated. What's the big deal? A few calls to FB server API changed, a few graphics altered.
No need to create false hype about it.
