If it does not throw an error, your folder was gone before. If it throws an error however, your .wazapp folder is still there. In that case try again to delete it.
Tried with letter L.. Not found.. Tried to locate but same. Not found. ..

For all translations that doesn't work :

Rename your qm file in /opt/waxampplugin/bin/wazapp/i18n without the string client_ from start.Delete that client_ thing and save.Don't change TS file , just QM file.

Another small update:
- Some fixes setting pictures
- Some fixes in notifications
- Display push name instead of number for unknown contacts
- Translations: de_DE, en, en_GB, es, es_MX, fr, fr_FR, it, nl, pt_BR, pt_PT, tr

Are this variations very differents?
Cause I've noticed the phone doesn't sometimes doesn't get the correct code. I get es_MX instead of es_AR, so I'm using es translation file.
Isn't it better to make only the main lang (fr, pt, es)

Does not work here.

Just remove client_ ?
Here: client_pt_BR.qm > pt_BR.qm ?

I renamed:
client_es_MX.qm
to
tr_es.qm

and it worked, I guess in your case, try: tr_pt.qm
