I can't view your picture but from what I gather, I had the similar issue and Schturman gave a fix for it:
in terminal as root
apt-get install duicontrolpanel-soundsettingsapplet --reinstall
Edit if the above doesn't fix it after a reboot try in terminal as root:
apt-get install duicontrolpanel-profileapplet --reinstall
reboot...

Follow my instructions in post #3 and report back...this is related to n9qtweak v8.9 tweak t-3...
you may also want to follow my instructions after uninstalling tweak t-3 as well as uninstalling n9qtweak...there is a v8.9.1 that fixes this issue...

Unfortunately, the error is still the same
I have installed 8.9 and q tweak inception!
