Hello everyone,
my n900 gets bricked and during flashing i get this error:
Code:
USB device found found at bus 001, device address 005.
Found device RX-51, hardware revision 2101
NOLO version 1.4.14
Version of 'sw-release': <no version>

I've tried with several PCs but no results, nokia can't repair it because the phone is from USA. I tried the coldflash but i get "suitable usb device not found, waiting"

Please help me!

I've just read that post many times, i've tried with:
win7 64
ubuntu 64,
winXP 32
ubuntu 32

try windows xp 32 bit with service pack 3. this always works for me without any error.

Well the first three can have some problems with workarounds but Ubuntu 32-bit should just work. Windows XP should be SP3.

The <no version> makes me think the flashing image is corrupt or in the wrong directory.

Is the battery in the device fully charged?

Is it the same output every time on all the different machines?

The output isn't mine, i've copied it from another forum but the error is the same and i get it on every pc

Now i can flash NOLO and the phone boots but i get some errors and i can't flash vanilla because the flash stops at 20% D:
