Quick reply...
The Extras repository is pre-configured on the N900 and listed as maemo.org and is enabled by default in PR1.1.
Look for package "rootsh".
Best wishes.

i fear it. do or not?
This error message is three years old, when Nokia had no idea what that device could achieve, well, they do not know to the very day.

Or grab rootsh package here http://repository.maemo.org/extras/p...sh_1.8_all.deb if you also borked your package manager already. Save it to Documents and choose to open it. Application Manager will do the rest.

ok, i type some commands and got this:

~ $ sudo gainroot
Root shell enabled

BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-losso20+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

/home/user # fsck -af /dev/mmcblk0p1
fsck 1.41.3.maemo0 (12-Oct-2008)
dosfsck 2.11, 12 Mar 2005, FAT32, LFN
Currently, only 1 or 2 FATs are supportted, not 255.

what is my next move?

Do you have anything important in your MyDocs partition?

If no, you could just reformat the partition. Seems your computer (may I ask which OS you're using?) seriously damaged your MyDocs.

If yes, you need some FAT-expert to guide you.

If you see the drives on your computer but cannot open them, use a file recovery program (on windows Recover My Files, Active @Undelete, many more) to recover your important files, then format it.

Try Flashing N900 The Normal Way
---------------------------------------------
1. Flash With Vannila ( Vannila resoters the EMMC to default state )
2. Then Flash Fiasco ( Maemo 5 )
* It may help
* I had some problems with my memory Cheers

I right-click on the memory and select Format
After i press start button, Windows say "Windows was unable to complete the format".

wahhh....wahh...wah...
do you know? after searching on many many forums and tested a whole bunch of X-Terminal commands... you know? you know?...

I plug to PC again and Device memory appearred as "MyDocs"
I can't believe it, i think the PC can open it not the N900...
But no, N900 now can open Device memory again, the line "Memory Card Corrupted" is no more....

Damn damn, i just want to hug someone and jump on like a crazy kangaroo...
Now i can't remember which thread i visited (I'll post here later) but i just want to tell you, anyone have an error like mine, don't break your phone or re-sell it, just keep searching and you'll got what you want.
Thank you all
