Hi! What RSS reader can when online:
1) synchronize RSS-news with caching images (and other attached media)
2) cache linked html-pages
then in offline:
3) view news articles with attached images together
4) from article can go to linked html-page in cache (not by real url)
5) remember which articles are read and which not
6) articles can be marked as "hold" to find'em quickly and not to be purged when outdated
7) show channel's icon in channel list

This functionality exists in some agregators for PocketPC (like PocketRSSreader, Egress). I need the same for internet-tablet. Its beautiful large screen is suitable much better.

it doesn't do icons and images, but it does download the linked html pages for offline viewing. it's great for newspapers etc. give it a whirl!

Thanks for the feedelity tip!. Thusfar I have used the firefox "scrapbook" plugin to create an offline copy of a website. Also on http://rss2pdf.com/ and http://www.rss2.co.uk/tool3a/index.php you can convert a rss-feed to pdf. But that is a bit of a hassle compared to a true oflline rss reader.
