I can't be sure, but from the sound of it that's one highly plausible explanation how your device was locked into landscape mode unless you also used N9Qtweak or Unrestricted-UI but I assumed you did not dwell on those area.

I thought I remembered seeing a location in the settings where locking landscape or portrait could be done, but I can't find it after the flash. Am I remembering wrong, or was this something extra I had installed before?
Anyway, anybody happen to have any suggestions on how to fix this? I would definitely appreciate it!
Edit: Oh, it also will not close apps if I swipe from the top down, it only closes them if I swipe from right to left (as if the phone was on its side). But, it did let me swipe down to close in the little tutorial it brings up after the flashing of the phone.
