I've decided I'm not happy with the Maemo VMWare appliance for the following reasons:
1. I'd prefer a Ubuntu/Kubuntu desktop to the XFCE one.
2. I'm getting diskspace issues (perhaps just inside the scratchbox session - how can I tell? I still haven't gotten my head around the way the linux file system works)
3. I don't like the bloated, slow eclipse IDE (especially inside a VM), I'd rather use Codeblocks IDE (I hack on it from time to time).
I think I'd rather go with a standard Ubuntu vmware appliance and then add scratchbox BUT I need help on how I installing both the BORA and CHINOOK SDKs (Last time I tried, I received an error when trying to install the chinook binaries because the bora one was already there). Has anyone had success with this?
