I am a noob to the linux environment, so this may be absolutely rediculous but....Is it possible to port Age of Empires? I know there is a special PPC version. I used to play this game incessantly on the PC back in the day, just thought it would make for a great IT port. Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is an asinine idea/post.

no. AoE is a closed source MS product. You can't port it to anything.

No you can't port it, even if there was access to the code you still probably couldn't optimize it for any n800 series tablet.

Age of Empires have open source engine Prophet

It's engine for AoE I and AoE II.
