I think you foget this part:
Install in this order!
(change to the directory you saved the files)
/usr/sbin/incept opptimizer_1.5.4_armel.deb
/usr/sbin/incept opptimizer-ui_1.2.7_armel.deb

Ok. I have installed it in the right order but I don't know what to do now... If I write "/usr/sbin/incept opptimizer_1.5.4_armel.deb" [...] in the Terminal, it just shows me "No such file or directory".
Btw: I have installed the 1.5.4 but in the Info it shows me "OPPtimizer version 1.2.7"

Transfer first the downloaded files to "/home/user" using file manager. Then, install in this order!

First, open xterminal as "root"
Then, type apt-get purge opptimizer
Wait until you see the #. Next, apt-get purge opptimizer-ui
After you successfully uninstalled both of them try installing them again in the order as what DeepBlue said. Then try running OPPtimizer and do the tweak. Hope it helps
