I find a way to make the changes permanent. It is possible to change the user css file in opera mobile.
In opera go to the site opera:config. Now in search enter "css" and go down to local css File.
Here are some css files which invert all websites or even have a white font on a black background.
Ther user.css which is also included, reverts all changes to the standart behavior.

Just copy the dir user_css and the included css files to /opt/operamobile-labs/share/styles
