Im trying to install preenv to play webos games on N900, in terminal x says that it can't find preenv package...
I have it saved on Mydocs.

if anyone knows how to fix this, please reply

Repositories (application catalogues ) are temporarily not working due to migration to community driven infrastructure. They may come up for some test and vanish again.

See this thread for more info!

You need rootsh installed for this to work
Code:
cd /home/user/MyDocs
sudo gainroot
dpkg -i preenv*.deb
preenv
dpkg -i YourWebosGamesPackageNameHere
will install the downloaded preenv package, then change into the preenv environment to install the game itself. Have fun!

Also there isa very fine 'Advanced Search' feature in this forum hidig behind the search link above. Since you seem to have picked your N900 recently, there might be something to find in this forum someone had stumbled upon earlier...

Well it didin't worked... Just can't install PreEnv

Maybe because repositories are offlline?

Well i installed WebOS Manager... Where do i get the .ipk files? I want to install NFSU, for example.

Or did i installed wrong program?

No it's th right one.

As you cannot purchase/get them legally outside the HP store, which does not allow general & free installation package downloading but downloading directly to a webOS-based device only, you have the choice of either acquiring a webOS device which can access the store, or you'd better get your Google skills ready.
I also wonder why you are install something when you obviously don't know how to "feed" the data necessary too. Didn't you read about the topic before?
