When video is sent through MMS N9 can encode the video so that it can be played.

When the video is sent through Wazapp N9 says that "Your phone doesn't support file format". The problem must be that Wazapp can't encode the video and I would like this to be fixed.

Wazapp have no video encoders and wouldnt. It's whatsapp client, not media converter

I think he mixed up encoder and decoder. Many people do that unfortunately.

My wazapp can't open suddenly even though I reinstalled and restart my N9.

Anyone face this problem before?

Please help me,thanks .

Thanks for correcting. I didn't remember the terminology.

If we are done with the nitpicking, is it possible to solve the problem?

Yes this problem has been discussed several times.
I think your database is corrupted. If that is the problem delete your *.db (you will loose your chat history):

there is allready a solution which works quite good for me... you have to change standard player for some files to kmplayer... but i can't remember how i did it... but i guess there is someone who can help you soon how to do this

Perhaps you are talking this....

Install mplayer & kmplayer and then edit the following file under

/usr/share/applications/defaults.list

find the line with
"video/quicktime=videosuiteinterface.desktop"

and change to
"video/quicktime=kmplayer.desktop"

I forgot where I got this but it works out quite good

I delete the .db file already,but it still no work.
I still can't open my wazapp.
