thanks Benson. Tried just it but that is way too labor intensive and slow for a non Linux guy like me. Plus the xterm directories arent the same as File Manager so its hard to keep track of locations.
I'll just keep saving the docs as text and opening them with Note. (unless a GUI shows up)

Only weirdness is that on my units it will only open a local file, not one across a shared network.
