I would wait for it to go lower. I got it from dell.ca for $199.- and I would expect it to go to 199 (or less) again...

I am not so sure it will go down to $199 again soon. I was lucky enough to snag one too. Note it was a one day deal (days of deals) so you had to be really watching the Dell web-site or ITT to catch the price.
At that time lots of US sources were selling the N800 for about $200 so I think Nokia was doing a channel deal. Right now, $230 seems to be about the best discount price you will see in the US so I think $230 with free delivery from Dell.ca is pretty good, or good enough.
But, who really knows - pricing is a game of poker these days.
