Would you buy a device with integrated battery (that is battery cannot be replaced by the user)?
I like the next HTC One, but this problem of battery makes me think of not buying it and taking the Galaxy S4 insted (even if I think that HTC one is better as hardware as respect to the S4.
What should I do?

Depends on your needs.
For me personally, being able to switch batteries on the go on long hiking trips has proven to be a lifesaver (literally).
If you have power outlets near you all the time, then it shouldn't really matter all that much.

I'll never buy a HTC as long as they stick to the integrated batteries and keep excluding a MicroSD slots from their phones.
